Also a musician, I believe design should also follow the ‘if it doesn’t have that swing, it don’t mean a thing’ philosophy. Good design should communicate clearly what the objective is whilst still capturing the magic that goes with intuition. Like good music, it should be to the point, with a dangerous edge of passion and verve.
